Our Classes

After School Classes
No experience needed - just interest.

Artwheel Academy classes are open to all children with a love for drawing or a desire to explore. Classes are intentionally small to allow for individual attention and personal growth. We begin with oil pastels - an expressive, forgiving medium that encourages bold exploration - and slowly introduce classical techniques like shading, color theory, and composition.

But more than that, we guide students to observe deeply, to slow down, and to question. Through sketching everyday objects - like lemons, windows, skulls - they learn how light, shape, and emotion interact.

What your child will gain:

  • A solid foundation in classical drawing techniques

  • Confidence in self expression

  • The ability to observe, analyze, and reflect - skills that extend far beyond the page

  • A nurturing space to create without pressure or perfection

  • Kids ages 6 to 14 are welcome!

  • 1 hour classes Monday - Friday 2pm to 6pm

Weekly Rates (1 lesson per week)
